Julien Gagnot, DipOMT

Osteopathic Manual Therapist

Julien Gagnot is a dedicated osteopath with a passion for promoting health and wellness in his patients. He earned his degree from the Institute of Higher Osteopathic Studies (IdHEO) in Nantes in 2017, where he completed a master’s program accredited by the Ministry of Health.

Specializing in both individual and collective sports practices, Julien has been the official osteopath for the Saint-Nazaire Handball (SNHB) at the national level since 2022. His expertise extends to pediatric care, holding certifications in pediatric osteopathy (levels 1, 2, and 3) from the Osteo Bébé training in Paris, which he completed in 2020.

Julien is adept at tailoring his practice—encompassing structural, myofascial, visceral, and cranial techniques—to suit the specific needs of each patient, from newborns to adults. He focuses on addressing the underlying causes of symptoms and conditions rather than merely alleviating discomfort.

With a strong personal background in athletics—having participated in ultra-trails, marathons, and both half and full IRONMAN triathlons across Europe—Julien is uniquely positioned to support athletes in optimizing their performance. He offers comprehensive long-term follow-ups, including stretching advice, recovery strategies, lifestyle modifications, and nutritional guidance, in addition to urgent consultations for acute pain and injuries.

Julien is also committed to supporting young families, providing postnatal assessments for infants, and offering valuable insights to new parents regarding their child’s development and well-being.
