1.) Why is wellness important to you?

Wellness provides me physical, mental and social freedom to play. Play is requisite for a state of wonder that allows me to connect with the constantly changing world with curiosity, creativity and compassion.

2.) What is your favourite wellness product and why?
Tea! It comforts and calms all my senses – warm to touch, fragrant, delicious, I can close my eyes when I sip to gain insight into the present state of mind, leading to a moment of silence or a moment of slurp.
3.) Three things in your refrigerator at all times:

Something orange (oranges, grapefruit, clementines, carrots), something green (Spinach, arugula, kale leaves or vegetables), and a milk of some sort. I call them code orange, code green and code white on my grocery list!

4.) What is something you’re proud of?
The Unsung Hero award- the irony amused me, but also helped me connect to my intuitive leadership skills by removing the struggle to act like a spotlight leader.

Why is wellness important to you?

Seeing my mother struggle with her health all my life suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases I became interested in health and wellness as a means of avoiding getting sick and suffering myself. Wellness is important to me because it offers an opportunity to live life to our fullest potential, and to prevent needless suffering from sickness that could have been avoided with healthier life style choices.
