Your responsibilities would include:

• Customer service and administrative-related duties.
• Delivering an exceptional experience to guests 100% of the time 
• Assisting patients over the phone, email, and live chat
• Booking appointments and managing the clinic schedule for multiple practitioners
• Showing patients to rooms, resetting rooms after use, cleaning equipment, and doing laundry
• General administrative duties such as inventory count, and purchasing
• Assist other staff with general tasks as may be required
• Educate and sell products and services, offering guidance and consultation
• Observing all policies, procedures, and requirements including but not limited to documentation such as informed consent documents, intake forms, and medical records.
