Skills and assets you’ll bring to Fortify:
– You hold a Medical Aesthetician License (which includes certifications in Microneedling and chemical peels) and have a strong background in skincare treatments and education.
– You are adept at providing thoughtful skin consultations and personalized treatment plans to address individual client needs.
– You are experienced in delivering high-tech treatments, adhering to Fortify protocols to ensure the highest standard of service.
– You are enthusiastic about driving product and membership sales while fostering a safe and satisfying guest experience.
– You are preferably available to work evenings and weekends as needed by the schedule.
Role responsibilities:
– Be a skincare expert: Perform detailed skin consultations, educate guests about treatment options, and recommend personalized post-treatment regimens and products.
– Deliver high-tech treatments: Administer a range of high-tech treatments while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
– Drive product sales: Proactively educate guests on product offerings and promotions, striving to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
– Ensure guest safety and satisfaction: Maintain accurate guest documentation and contribute to a seamless guest experience.
– Maintain the Fortify environment: Manage supplies and equipment for treatments and ensure cleanliness and sterilization of tools and space.
– Collaborate with the team: Work alongside our Wellness Assistants and Medical team to enhance guest experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Engage the community: Participate in community-building events, welcoming guests, performing treatments, and showcasing products to enhance their experience.

Total rewards:
Base wage range: $23 – $25 per hour, dependent on experience.
