    Frequently Asked Question
    • How is Fortify's approach different from a fertility clinic?

We complement, not replace, fertility clinics. While fertility clinics focus on assisted reproductive technology, we focus on optimizing your body’s environment for conception. That means investigating root causes, improving egg and sperm quality, supporting your nervous system, and preparing you mentally and physically for treatment or natural conception.

    • When should I start working with Fortify for my fertility?

Ideally, 3–6 months before you plan to conceive. This gives us time to run diagnostics, identify imbalances, and implement protocols that take time to work (like improving egg quality). That said, we support people at every stage, including those mid-treatment.

    • Do you work with individuals undergoing IVF or IUI?

Yes! We offer pre- and post-transfer acupuncture, IV nutrient therapy, stress support, and coordination with your fertility clinic.

    • Is virtual care available for fertility support?

Yes! Naturopathic consultations, nurse practitioner care, and therapy are all available virtually. Please reach out before your appointment to make sure no assessment are needed in person that can not be done virtually.

    • What does responsive care mean?

Fertility is time-sensitive. Responsive care means our team communicates with each other  and with you, quickly. If something changes or you need support between appointments, we’re accessible and coordinated.
