Dr. Mekayla is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor focusing in fertility, hormones, and functional medicine. Her approach is rooted in advanced diagnostics and root-cause investigation, looking at hormone function, nutrient status, gut health, detox pathways, and environmental exposures. She encourages those trying to conceive to begin preconception care 3–6 months ahead to allow time for identifying health conditions that could impact fertility success, correcting imbalances, and optimizing egg & sperm quality. Dr. Clarke supports individuals and couples whether conceiving naturally, undergoing IUI, IVF, or embryo transfer.
Gurpreet is a Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience across emergency medicine, primary care, and chronic disease management. She delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care including advanced assessment, diagnosis, prenatal and well-person care, and health promotion. With prescribing authority and the ability to order labs, she bridges integrative and conventional care coordinating seamlessly with the Fortify team and external fertility specialists. Brianne is a Registered Acupuncturist passionate about helping others find balance through Traditional Chinese Medicine. Using acupuncture, herbal therapy, cupping, moxibustion, and gua sha, she creates personalized treatments that address both the root cause and symptoms. She has a special interest in gynecological concerns, hormonal imbalances, fertility support, and mental health. She brings a calm, grounding energy to every session.
Shayla is a Certified Canadian Counsellor with a specialty in perinatal mental health. She supports individuals navigating fertility challenges, prenatal and postpartum anxiety, pregnancy loss, and the emotional complexity of trying to conceive. Her approach emphasizes creating a safe, judgment-free space for growth, self-awareness, and self-compassion, helping normalize both the joyful and overwhelming parts of this journey.
We complement, not replace, fertility clinics. While fertility clinics focus on assisted reproductive technology, we focus on optimizing your body’s environment for conception. That means investigating root causes, improving egg and sperm quality, supporting your nervous system, and preparing you mentally and physically for treatment or natural conception.
Ideally, 3–6 months before you plan to conceive. This gives us time to run diagnostics, identify imbalances, and implement protocols that take time to work (like improving egg quality). That said, we support people at every stage, including those mid-treatment.
Yes! We offer pre- and post-transfer acupuncture, IV nutrient therapy, stress support, and coordination with your fertility clinic.
Yes! Naturopathic consultations, nurse practitioner care, and therapy are all available virtually. Please reach out before your appointment to make sure no assessment are needed in person that can not be done virtually.
Fertility is time-sensitive. Responsive care means our team communicates with each other and with you, quickly. If something changes or you need support between appointments, we’re accessible and coordinated.
