Social Media Content Creator + Strategist

As our Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be at the forefront of Fortify’s digital presence, shaping our brand image and connecting with our community on platforms like Instagram, Facebook and more. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong knowledge of the Fortify Brand. 
• Develop visually compelling, relevant, and product/service focused sale-driving content for social media platforms that is engaging for the target audience.
• Monitor and submit analytics monthly after posting, identifying areas of success and areas of improvement.
• Post content across Fortify’s multiple social platforms with a focus on Instagram, utilizing unique captions, trending hashtags and other methods that attract engagement and discoverability.
• Be constantly learning and staying up to date on the latest social media app updates. Willing to use and learn new emerging platforms. 
• Utilize social media best practices, including but not limited to implementing a well-researched hashtag strategy for your posts.
• Engage with prospective customers in Fortify’s IG comment sections and DMs. Gather our audience’s feedback to ascertain their insights. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in social media content creation 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Mailchimp, etc.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of trends and experimenting with new ideas
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Confident written and verbal communication skills 
• A genuine interest in health and wellness 
• Interested in growth within a start-up company
