We are looking for a Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team. This position requires a great deal of customer service skills and responsibility. Applicants should be interested in the Health and Wellness industry, with a passion to see people get well through complementary medicine. They must be positive on all fronts, have a strong work ethic, and have experience in customer service & sales. Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Experience using JANE is beneficial, but training will be provided upon hiring.

Your responsibilities would include:
-Delivering an exceptional experience to guests 100% of the time
-Booking and scheduling appointments for multiple practitioners
-Inventory control (includes placing order and re-stocking)
-Troubleshooting/Problem Solving
-Point of Sales (invoicing and billing)
-Microsoft Word and Excel
-Daily usage of Scheduling Software (training provided)
-Cleaning and tidying of practitioner rooms- including laundry and organization
-Inventory of clinical/office supplies
-Handling sensitive and confidential materials and documents
-Arranging couriers
Qualifications:
-Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills
-Ability to provide excellent customer service
-Superior time management + organizational skills
-Professional telephone etiquette + interpersonal skills
-Create a positive experience and atmosphere for patients
-Ability to retain & apply information quickly

Education + Requirements:
Minimum grade 12 level education
First Aid + AED Training
PHIA Training
